Helping Hands Fund

Provides resources to assist schools in addressing particular student or student family emergency needs including-but  not limited to-clothing, food, shelter, health, and transportation.
 
Poverty is a significant barrier for student personal growth and development, let alone success in the classroom. At Edmonton Catholic Schools, several of our highest needs schools have more than 70% of their students living below the poverty line.
 
According to the Edmonton Social Planning Council, approximately one in five children live in poverty. In Edmonton Catholic schools that would extrapolate to more than 8,000 children and youth.They need your help!
